Picual Portugal (Med-Robust) EVOO

Our Portuguese Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a medium-robust oil with a fresh, vibrant flavor profile. It displays notes of unripe stone fruit with a floral center, followed by tomato leaf on the finish and a pronounced peppery character.

Its bold, green flavor makes it an excellent choice for grilled meats, roasted vegetables, hearty salads, soups, rustic pasta dishes, marinades, and warm artisan bread. It also works beautifully as a finishing oil when you want to add freshness, structure, and a noticeable peppery lift.
