Return / Replacement Policy

  • What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

    contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

  • Can I return unopened products?

    Yes, we accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

    • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
    • Proof of purchase is required.

  • What items are non-returnable?

    We cannot accept returns on:

    • Opened or partially used bottles
    • Gift cards
    • Custom gift sets or personalized items
    • Sale items or seasonal gift collections marked as “Final Sale”

  • How will refunds be issued?

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

    For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • How do I start a return or replacement request?
